1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how NAPA Center Denver, LLC and NAPA Center, Inc. ("NAPA Center," "we," "us") collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with the NAPA Family Fitness website and gym membership service (the "Service"). The gym is located within the NAPA Center Denver clinic at 11211 E Arapahoe Rd Unit 118, Centennial, CO 80112.

This policy covers the gym membership Service only. It does not cover clinical or therapy services provided by NAPA Center, which are governed by separate notices and healthcare privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and password. Passwords are stored only in securely hashed form — we cannot see them.
• Waiver records:when you sign the gym Terms & Conditions, we store your digital signature, the date and time of signing, the version of the terms you signed, and the IP address from which you signed.
• Membership and payment information:your membership type, status, and dates. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card number is provided directly to Stripe and is never stored on our systems. We retain only Stripe's references to your customer and subscription records.
• Gym access information: the personal door access code (PIN) issued to you and records of entries made with it (date, time, and door), provided through our smart-lock provider, Seam.
• Usage information: login timestamps and the session cookies needed to keep you signed in.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and membership.
• To process payments, renewals, and cancellations.
• To verify that a current signed waiver is on file before granting gym access.
• To issue, manage, and revoke your personal door access code.
• To maintain the safety and security of the facility, including reviewing door access logs.
• To send transactional emails such as password resets and membership notifications.
• To keep internal administrative audit records of changes made to accounts.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. This site uses only essential cookies required for sign-in; it does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that operate the Service on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Seam (smart-lock access codes), our email delivery provider (transactional email), and our website hosting and database providers. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.
• NAPA Center affiliatesidentified in the gym Terms & Conditions, for the operation of the facility.
• Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of users and the facility.
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

5. Facility Cameras

Security cameras may be present in the gym area for safety and facility monitoring, as described in the gym Terms & Conditions. Recordings are used for security purposes only.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and membership records while your account is active and as needed afterward for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. Signed waivers are retained as legal records. Door access logs are retained for facility security. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption of data in transit, hashed password storage, and role-restricted administrative access. No system is perfectly secure; please use a unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may review and update your account information from your dashboard, and you may cancel your membership at any time from your account. Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act, including the right to access, correct, or delete personal data and to obtain a portable copy. We do not sell personal data or process it for targeted advertising or profiling.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and we may retain information we are legally required to keep (such as signed waivers and payment records). If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will answer your appeal within the time required by law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults. Accounts and purchases are for parents, caregivers, and guests of NAPA Center clients, and gym users must meet the minimum age stated in the gym Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
